  1. The Ordering Party declares that he/she accepts this order as the basis for issuing an invoice/bill, and that the invoice issued by DAGMA Sp.  z o.o. does not have to bear the signature of the Ordering Party.
  2. The Ordering Party declares that: he/she is a VAT payer, pursuant to the Goods and Services Tax Act of 11 March 2004, (Journal of Laws,  2011, No. 177, item 1054, consolidated text, as amended)
  3. The price of the exam at ACS Dagma as Pearson VUE test centre: depending on the variant chosen.
  4. With regard to the payment, the Ordering Party shall make an advance payment constituting 100 % of the final price value, no later than 2 days before the planned date of the exam. The payment shall be made using the following account number: PKO BP o/K-ce 88 1020 2313 0000 3402 0344 6267.
  5. The date of the exam may be cancelled or changed at least 2 working days before the planned exam date. In case of failure to attend the exam, the full costs shall be borne by the Ordering Party.
  6. In order to take the exam, the following conditions must be met: 
    • sending the Order prior to the planned exam date.  The order implies an obligation to pay. 
    • arriving 15 minutes before the scheduled exam time for registration (two valid forms of personal identification are required, including one photo ID).

A Voucher for Microsoft exam is issued in the name of a specific person. MCP voucher enables taking the Microsoft exam using Pearson Vue platform.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) voucher provides one-off acces to Microsoft exam,
  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) voucher for Microsoft exam retake includes one coupon for Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) exam, and if neccessary (as a result of negative result of the previous exam) to one additional exam.
  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) voucher including practice test, consists of one-off acces to Microsoft exam, and if neccessary (in case of negative result of the previous exam) to one additional exam and one coupon for practice test to be taken on MeasureUp platform. 
     

Notes:

  • All exam vouchers expire twelve months after the date of purchase.  It means that you must take the Microsoft exam (including any retakes) within one year of purchase.
  • The Exam vouchers are valid for all Microsoft Certification exams except Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) exams, Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) exams, role-based and fundamental exams. Voucher codes are specific for the programme, and in some cases, specific for the exam, and must not be used in any other offer.
  • Exam vouchers are only valid for use at a Pearson VUE Authorized Test Center including Dagma Authorised Training Center. 
  • Purchased vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable. Vouchers are not assigned to any Microsoft exam at the time of purchase. 
  • By purchasing an exam voucher you agree to keep it safe, ensuring that the code cannot be copied.
