The ITIL 4 Foundation training has developed as an introduction to the ITIL world and enables training participants to take a closer look at the IT services management. Training participants learn a comprehensive model for creating, delivering and constantly improving IT services.
The ITIL 4 Foundation training is aimed at people interested in learning the basics of IT service management.
The two-day training ends with an exam. There is also a possibility to obtain a Foundation Management IT Service Management certificate.
