About this course


THE TRAINING COURSE PRESENTS PRACTICAL ASPECTS OF THE USE OF ITIL®. PARTICULAR EMPHASIS WAS PLACED ON ISSUES RELATED TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF BEST ITIL® MANAGEMENT PRACTICES THROUGH CONTINUAL SERVICE IMPROVEMENT (CSI), ORGANISATIONAL CHANGES, PROPER COMMUNICATION, MEASUREMENT AND REPORTING OF RESULTS.

Target audience

Individuals in management positions at all levels in IT departments and companies providing IT services. Individuals interested in applying best ITIL® practices in organisations. Individuals interested in preparing for the ITIL® Practitioner certificate exam.

Requirements:

Participants of the course must hold an ITIL® Foundation certificate and at least passive knowledge of English, enabling them to read and understand training materials.

Course objective

To familiarise participants with the concept of applying ITIL® in organisations and enterprises. To transfer knowledge in accordance with the requirements of the ITIL® Practitioner certificate exam.

How do we train?

The training course, materials and exams are available in English. The course is conducted in Polish, and for international groups in English. The course includes theoretical material presented in the form of lectures, practical sessions, discussions and case studies as a preparation for the exam.

The ITIL® Practitioner Guidance book is a valuable addition to the training.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE ITIL® PRACTITIONER EXAM

The exam is not part of the course. It can be conducted either directly after the training or at a later date convenient for the person concerned. You can choose the price option, with or without the exam.

The written or online exam is a test consisting of 40 questions with 4 answers for each question. The candidate must indicate one correct answer from the given ones. Only one answer is correct. For each correctly indicated answer the candidate receives one point. The maximum number of points possible to obtain is 40, with 28 giving a positive (pass) result.

Since the exam is only available in English, the expected duration is 1 hour and 45 min. and only applies to people for whom English is the mother tongue. In case of persons for whom English is a foreign language, the exam is 35 min longer (2 hours and 20 min). Note: A person who has passed the ITIL® Practitioner exam receives 3 credits for ITIL® Expert certification.
